I admit. I am not the best cook in the world. I don’t spend hours in the kitchen mastering every recipe, watch cooking TV shows or take cooking classes. I want to. I think… But the truth is I simply don’t make it a priority in my life. Yet. What I do make a priority is my well-being and of course nutrition is a huge part of it. Therefore, I always look for the healthy, delicious, easy-to-make recipes that I can prepare in the matter of minutes, enjoy the taste and feed my body right.
Nutrition plays a crucial role in the way we look and feel every single day throughout our lifetime. When it comes to a healthy balanced lifestyle, the rule that I always follow is 80% nutrition and 20% exercise. Since what we put into our bodies is so important, I decided to create this new section of my blog and YouTube. Now you have both pieces of the puzzle to a healthy balanced lifestyle.
