Delicious and Easy Salad Recipe-Taste of Georgia

I admit. I am not the best cook in the world. I don’t spend hours in the kitchen mastering every recipe, watch cooking TV shows or take cooking classes. I want to. I think… But the truth is I simply don’t make it a priority in my life. Yet. What I do make a priority is my well-being and of course nutrition is a huge part of it. Therefore, I always look for the healthy, delicious, easy-to-make recipes that I can prepare in the matter of minutes, enjoy the taste and feed my body right.

So for all the ladies like myself, who cannot dedicate lots of time to mastering the art of creating culinary masterpieces, but still make their health a priority, I decided to create a new section- Bon Appétit with Anastasiya. Here I will share with you all my findings of all the delicious and nutrtious recipes from around the world that can be prepared faster than it takes most of us to get ready in the morning.
Nutrition plays a crucial role in the way we look and feel every single day throughout our lifetime. When it comes to a healthy balanced lifestyle, the rule that I always follow is 80% nutrition and 20% exercise. Since what we put into our bodies is so important, I decided to create this new section of my blog and YouTube. Now you have both pieces of the puzzle to a healthy balanced lifestyle. Combine them together and I guarantee you will love the way you look and feel every single day.

Let’s Cook!

Today we will make a salad that I called a Taste of Georgia. The reason for the name is because one day I was at the Georgian Birthday party and spotted this salad across the table. Once I tried it-I was hooked. Not only it was heavenly delicious but also filled with tons of vitamins and nutrients. I asked for the recipe right away and attempted this creation at home. It took me less than five minutes to make! Fabulous! So now its time to share this recipe with you.

Ingredients:

 

  • 2 Big handfuls of kale
  • 1 Just Ripe Avocado, cubed
  • 3 tbsp of pistachios
  • 2 tbsp of red onions
  • a pinch of salt and black pepper
  • a pinch of basil
  • 1/4 cup of White Wine Vinegar
  • 1/2 cup of quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil
