We are going to do 10 different squat variants for 10 repetitions each (total of 100 repetitions). I challenge you to complete the whole workout!
If you can’t, its ok! Do as much as you can until you are about to complete the whole workout!
Stay consistent with this workout and you can’t imagine how amazing your butt and legs will look afterwards!
