When you schedule a 90-minute online consultation with me, we will chat over Skype or the phone so I can pinpoint the one thing or things keeping you from your goals. You will walk away with a set of action steps you can apply immediately to begin seeing better results.

What Can You Expect?

30-Minute Assessment

During our 90-minute online consultation, we will spend 30 minutes going over your diet, exercise, habits and health history.

Examples of questions I will ask:

  1. What are your sleeping habits?
  2. How much water are your drinking each day?
  3. What are your short-term and long-term goals?
  4. What are your eating habits (e.g. number of meals per day, what you eat for each meal, snacks between meals, food you cannot live without, hunger between meals)?
  5. Is there a body part you specifically want to improve?
  6. What factors have derailed your progress in the past?

60-Minute Targeted Conversation

After we’ve discussed your history and daily routines, I will pull from my experience working with countless individuals as an NASM certified personal trainer to provide actions you can begin taking IMMEDIATELY to get to your best body.

This hour-long conversation will shed light on seemingly-minor things that have been sabotaging your success.
