How to Get a Perfect Round Booty in 5 Minutes

Ladies! Today I am taking you for a workout to the Battery Park-a place where the history of New York City began! Located right on the edge of New York Harbor, its a perfect place to watch the ferry sailing by or to admire the Statue of Liberty in the distance. And thats exactly what we are going to do while completing a five minute Bubble Butt Express Workout!


Based on the amount of questions and requests I get around having a nice, round, toned booty, it seems like its something that’s on everyone’s wish-list these days. I created the whole Bubble Butt Series on my YouTube for you, filmed in the most breathtaking locations all over the world-Times Square in New York City, Colosseum in Rome, Cancun in Mexico, etc. And now its time for the Battery Park!


The workout we will complete today, will not only sculpt your booty, but also your legs and core.

If you want to maximize your results-proper form is everything! So focus on squeezing that fabulous booty and your abs, keeping all your weight in your heels and during squats, lowering your body as if you are about to sit in a chair.

I perfected every single move of this workout to give you maximum results in minimum time and will have your booty looking fabulous while working out in front of the most famous monumental statue in the world-the Statue of Liberty. Of course, if you feel like you can maintain a proper form during every move and ready to challenge yourself more, you can do two and even three sets of this workout in a row.

In addition, you can hold a dumbbell or a bottle of water in each hand while performing these moves. There are so many ways to challenge yourself and to progress towards your goal. As long as you have desire and determination-everything is possible!

Beginner Tip: You might not even realize but you already squat every single day-when you get up and down from your office chair or when you pick something off the floor, etc.

If you are just beginning your fitness journey, here is one of the best ways to practice a proper form during squats.

1. Stand in front of the chair with your feet hip-width apart.

2. Slowly lower your booty toward the chair without actually sitting down.

3. Place your weight in your heels throughout the full range of motion.

4. Straighten your body upright.

Every day I encourage you to take care of your body by focusing on the progress and self-improvement. Your goal should never be to have a body, or a booty, of a girl you saw on your Instagram feed, a cover of a magazine or in a music video. Every single one of us is different, so its time to fully embrace your individuality.

Your only goal should be to reach the top level of your genetic potential. That’s it!
