I realize that not everyone wants to have a bigger booty. But if you decided that 2018 is the year when you grow that fabulous bootay of yours-you will be very content with our conversation today. I will share with you three crucial things you need to know to grow that nice round booty. No questions will be left on the table after this conversation. Let’s get to it!
1. Lets Get In Formation
Not sure why I chose this title for what we about to discuss. I guess I was looking for something close to getting a proper form down, because that’s exactly what needs to be done first if you decided to begin your bootay growing journey.
Even if you are not a beginner, but haven’t noticed much result, proper form is something that you definitely need to pay attention to, no matter what butt exercises you attempt. I cannot stress enough the importance of a proper form.
So often I see women working out hard, putting tons of effort but unfortunately using completely different muscle groups than the ones they suppose to during the exercises. Therefore, they are getting nowhere and become frustrated. Proper form of any butt exercise is the key element to your booty growth. Any time during my YouTube Workouts, if you exercise with me, I go into great details about a proper form of each butt exercise. So make sure you follow along and of course if you have any specific questions-leave me a comment and I will be happy to address it.

3. To Lift or Not to Lift
Thats one of the most frequently questions-do you need weights to grow your booty. Here is the thing-if you are a beginner and just started working on your booty-you body weight is plenty. All you need to focus on is a proper form and staying consistent with your workouts.
However, after some time your muscles will get used to the same challenge and you will hit a plateau. At this point something will need to change in order for your body to continue progressing and for your fabulous booty to keep growing. There are a few ways to do it.
One is to increase the amount of butt workouts you do per week. So lets say if you workout two times-its time to increase it to three.
Second, you can increase the amount of repetitions you do for each exercise. So for example, instead of 100 squats, increase it to 150. It’s an extreme example, but you get the point. If you workout with me on my YouTube channel, you often hear me suggesting to do the same workout two and even three times in a row. Thats another great way to challenge your muscles and to continue progressing.
Finally, you can start lifting weights. It can be dumbbells or, if you don’t have them at home, any home goods: food cans, bottles of water (or champagne), laundry bag (just make sure there is tons of laundry there). Get creative and start lifting!
