How frustrating is it to work your booty off and not see the results you want? There are so many women who quit working out exactly for this very reason. They eventually tell themselves that — with their body type, lifestyle or genetics — there is just nothing they can do about it and give up.
Of course, some of it has to do with your age, genetics, stress level, and more, but if you are not getting the results you want, it’s time to take a hard look at your workout routine and nutrition.
Water is such a simple substance to consume, yet so many of us don’t get enough each day. When you sit back to think about how much water you drink, you may come up with some questions:
